Shipping Policy
1. Domestic Shipping
- Shipping Charges: Shipping within India is charged at a minimum of ₹100 per kilogram.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is applicable for orders below ₹5,000. A COD charge of ₹200 will be applicable per order.
- Delivery Address: All orders will be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order.
- Address Modification: In case you need to modify your delivery address, please email us at vonitbambi@gmail.com within 4 hours of placing the order.
2. International Shipping
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for international customers will be calculated during checkout based on the order value and dimensions of the order.
- Customs, VAT & Duties: Any applicable customs charges, VAT, import duties, or other taxes must be borne by the customer.
- Delivery Partner: Our primary international delivery partner is DHL. In rare cases, we may use other reputed delivery services.
- International Returns & Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange policy for international customers. International orders are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
- Delivery Address: All orders will be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order.
- Address Modification: If you need to modify your delivery address, please email us at vonitbambi@gmail.com as soon as possible.
