2. Sustainable Textile & Natural Dye Disclaimer

Vonit specializes in 100% natural, eco-friendly, and herbal-dyed textiles using plant-based ingredients and Ayurvedic formulations. By using our website and services, you acknowledge and accept the following inherent characteristics of natural textiles:

• Color Variations: Due to the organic nature of herbal dyes, slight shade variations between batches or production lots are natural and unique to eco-friendly dyeing processes.
• Color Fastness: Our botanical dyes achieve a standard fastness rating of 3–4. Proper care (such as mild washing without harsh chemical detergents) is required to maintain fabric longevity.
• Medicinal Wellness Finishes: Our Ayurvedic wellness finishes (e.g., General Wellness, Anti-Microbial, Aromatic, Sleep-Enhancing) are designed for natural comfort and skin-friendly wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical diseases.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including proprietary Ayurvedic shade formulas, process documentation, branding, trademarks, graphics, website design, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of Glaudia Sustainable Clothings Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized copying, modification, or commercial distribution of any material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Orders & Custom Dyeing Services

For custom fabric, yarn, or garment dyeing orders provided by client brands or individual buyers:

• Clients must ensure that supplied materials are clean and free from heavy chemical pre-treatments unless pre-processing services are requested from us.
• All production lead times and shade approvals are agreed upon during order confirmation.
• Prices and service terms are subject to modification with prior notice for bulk contract updates.

5. Limitation of Liability

Glaudia Sustainable Clothings Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper fabric care, misuse of products, or third-party chemical alterations applied after delivery.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
